The results of Zywave’s 2025 Broker Services Survey reveal what many employers already know: working with insurance brokers can often be a frustrating experience.

According to the survey, 74% of employers now rank prompt, effective service and timely answers as the most important factor when selecting a broker—a sharp increase from last year’s 57%. Why? Because delays, vague responses, and missed renewal windows can expose organizations to serious risks, from compliance failures to costly audit issues.

Employers are also demanding more than just a policy quote. In 2025, 69% of respondents said they want their broker to act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson. That means anticipating risks, staying ahead of regulations, and providing proactive insights tailored to each client’s business. And when it comes to renewals, 66% said they want a broker who can effectively negotiate on their behalf—someone who will fight for them at the table, not simply pass along carrier rates.

At Concierge Insurance Group, we see these frustrations as a call to action. Too many businesses are still dealing with outdated processes, inconsistent communication, and transactional relationships. That’s why we’ve built our model differently:

• Process-driven approach: Our workflows are designed to be seamless and transparent, so you always know where things stand.
• Customer-first service: We prioritize responsiveness, clear communication, and proactive guidance at every stage of the relationship.
• Tech-enabled efficiency: By investing in digital platforms and streamlined onboarding, we eliminate the bottlenecks and delays that have long plagued the industry.

We believe your broker should be more than a vendor. They should be a partner who brings clarity, strategy, and peace of mind. The market has spoken—and Concierge Insurance Group is delivering on the promise of a better way forward.
